Bandai Namco is the victim of a cyberattack

Bandai Namco, the Japanese multinational video game company, has acknowledged in a statement that it had suffered unauthorised access by third parties to the internal systems of several of the group's companies in Asian regions (excluding Japan).

It also states that it has blocked access to the servers, as well as continuing to investigate the incident, working with external organisations to strengthen security and implementing measures to prevent a recurrence of similar situations.
