Ángel Manuel Siles García
He joined the National Police Force in 2004. Since then he has served in different operational units of Citizen Security and Judicial Police in central and territorial units of the National Police. He has been decorated on several occasions and in 2016 received the Excellence Award from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
Alejandra Frías López
She is a Magistrate. Currently, Director of the Studies and Reports Service of the General Council of the Judiciary (e.f.). She has been involved in numerous legislative reform proposals and working groups, studying, from very different fields, the problems related to new technologies and the Digital Revolution. She has been a member of the National Cybersecurity Council, the highest advisory and support body to the President of the Government and the National Security Council, in matters of Cybersecurity. She is a member of the Monitoring Commissions of the Strategic Plan against Cybercrime and the Inter-institutional Agreement against hate. She is a member of the Information Technology and Knowledge Law Section of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation.

Logan Wilkins has over 25 years of software development and information security experience. He has worked in academic, research, and corporate settings, specializing in DevSecOps management, data science, and information security. In his current role, Logan currently manages Cisco's CSIRT Engineering Delivery team, which is responsible for Security Monitoring and Incident Response systems development, CI/CD processes, and Data Management. Logan is Co-chair of the FIRST Metrics Special Interest Group (SIG).

Marlene Álvarez Vicente
Graduated in Law, I entered the National Academy of National Police in September 2010, since 2014 I have been assigned to the Central Unit of Cybercrime, firstly as an Inspector investigator in the Group of fraud in electronic commerce and since 2015 as Group Head of the Anti-Piracy Group of the same Unit, which was specialized in the investigation of crimes against intellectual and industrial property on the Internet, which for a year has specialized in the investigation of crypto-assets.

Mr. Angus Smith is the Manager of the Trinidad and Tobago Cyber Security Incident Response Team (TT-CSIRT) under the Ministry of National Security for the past seven (7) years. He has implemented the TT-CSIRT and is currently leading various national cyber security initiatives. He has a wealth of ICT and Cyber Security experience, in areas of incident response, strategy, policy and csirt operations.
Cristian Andrés Moyano Flores

I have excelled in the design and implementation of methodologies for Security Incident Response Centers (CSIRT) and Security Operations Centers (SOCs), with emphasis on the training of technical teams for the detection and recovery of security incidents.
