Your help in Cybersecurity is the national, free, and confidential service that INCIBE provides to Internet and technology users with the aim of helping them solve cybersecurity problems that may arise in their daily lives. It is aimed at citizens (Internet users in general); companies and professionals that use the internet and new technologies in the performance of their activity and therefore must protect their assets and business; and minors as well as those around them (parents, educators, and professionals who work with minors or online protection linked to this audience). The service is provided by a multidisciplinary team of experts, with multiple options for contact, who offer technical, psychosocial and legal advice, from 8 in the morning to 11 at night, 365 days a year.
