Improper access to the Navarre Cadastre

The Government of Navarra has confirmed an improper access to the cadastral computer data. In view of this incident, close collaboration has been established with the National Cryptologic Center and the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and a formal complaint has been filed with the Foral Police.

Although the exact scope of the unauthorized access is still being determined, the Government has taken additional measures to strengthen IT security. As a precaution, the public is advised not to receive communications that do not come from trusted sources. The Government of Navarra is committed to keeping the public informed as the investigation progresses and more information about the incident is gathered.
