Leonardo Lemes Fagundes is an entrepreneur and university professor specializing in cybersecurity, with over 20 years of professional experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Computing and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, both from the Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS). Leonardo is a founding partner and Director of Cybersecurity at Service IT Security, a company with operations in Brazil, Argentina, and Chile.

In academia, he serves as a coordinator and professor for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Cybersecurity at UNISINOS. Additionally, he teaches postgraduate courses in Business Administration (MBA) and Engineering (MBE). He is also an instructor at the Escola Superior de Redes, affiliated with the National Research and Educational Network (RNP).

Leonardo holds international certifications in risk management (CRISC), business continuity (CBCP), and is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. His extensive experience in the field makes him a dedicated educator with a mission to advance knowledge and practice in cybersecurity.

Nowadays I have more than 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Technology Project Management, participating in large companies in Latin America and Central America. I have been focused on the Fintech, Banks, Retail and Health industries. For the last 6 years, I have experienced the challenge of creating cybersecurity areas from scratch or empowering cybersecurity teams to the next level. Throughout my career I have accumulated a large number of technical skills, among which the "Definition of the Strategic Cybersecurity Plan", “Cybersecurity Architecture Review”, “Cloud Cybersecurity Startup”, "Creation or Re-Organization of Cybersecurity Areas", "Evaluation and Detection of Cybersecurity", ”Intrusion Attempt (Ethical Hacking)”, “Systems Audit”, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs). 

Matías Schvartz has over 20 years of experience designing and implementing technological projects across Latin America for both regional and international corporations, including SAP, 3M, Pontis (acquired by Amdocs), Cognyte (formerly Verint) and Elbit Systems. Throughout his career, he has held various growth strategy positions, such as Senior Manager & Regional Marketing for LATAM and Director of Sales & Business Development, among others. In addition to his professional endeavors, Matías has actively volunteered with the WJC as well as in the Buenos Aires JCC.

In 2021, Matías founded ScaleUp Global, where he currently serves as CEO. ScaleUp is a leading accelerator that drives the expansion of best-of-breed technologies throughout Latin America. The company assists tech startups with their business strategy for LATAM, executing product rollouts in target markets, developing and managing new commercial channels, and supporting marketing strategies.

Matías holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a specialization in Information Systems from ORT School. He is also an accomplished international speaker, frequently sharing his insights on business development and technology expansion in Latin America at conferences and events around the world.

Matthew Webster is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 25 years of experience driving strategic IT, sales, and information security initiatives. As a three-time Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), including a global leadership role, he has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing security teams.

With over 20 IT and cybersecurity certifications under his belt, including CISSP and CRISC, Matthew is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with a deep focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. His expertise in compliance, risk management, cyber risk quantification, and cyber resilience is unparalleled. Matthew has successfully architected and implemented numerous cybersecurity programs from the ground up across diverse industries, including federal and state government, financial services, and healthcare. His ability to operationalize stringent frameworks such as NIST 800-53, HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and CMMI is a testament to his deep industry knowledge.

Showing his entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew is the founder of the New York City-based cybersecurity firm Cyvergence specializing in advanced business-focused cybersecurity consultation and innovative solutions to address emerging threats. His book, Do No Harm: Protecting Connected Medical Devices, Healthcare, and Data from hackers and adversarial nation states, is a cornerstone text in the field being utilized in both professional and higher education environments.

Mauricio Cantergiani is a seasoned cybersecurity executive with over 23 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as the Chief Cyberdefense Officer at Redbanc S.A., he is responsible for overseeing and implementing the company’s comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of digital assets, and managing risks across all business units.

Mauricio has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to safeguard against evolving cyber threats. His expertise spans across Compliance, data protection and global cybersecurity standards like PCI and ISO. He has been instrumental in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technologies enhancing the organization’s security posture.

Mauricio holds a Master’s degree in Information Security from Universitat de Barcelona, Executive MBA and several industry certifications, including CISM, CBCP and PCI-P. He is an active member of some of those organizations chapters.

Pedro is the CISO & Fraud Prevention Manager of Galicia Bank (the largest private bank in Argentina). He has been working for more than 25 years in Cybersecurity and +18 like a Cyber Executive. He is a Technology Engineer and he has different posgraduates in management, business and IT.

He is also Director and professor of CEMA University in Posgraduates of Cybersecurity and Data Protection.

He has received many awards like Global CISO 100 in 2020, 2022 & 2024 (by Hottopics UK), the Cybersecurity Leadership Award 2022 (by Global Security Summit), CISO of the year 2023 (by CIONET Iberoamérica) & Platinum Award “Innovation in Cyber 2023” (by Fintech Americas Miami).
