 Eduvigiz, (Edu) Ortiz is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in business consulting and IT, having worked with companies like Ernst & Young, Capgemini, Prosegur Cybersecurity and SAS Institute.  Edu is the Founder and President of Women4Cyber Spain, working with local, global and European organisations like ECSO and the World Economic Forum to promote women in cybersecurity and address the talent gap in the sector. Her expertise includes strategy development for partnership ecosystems, driving innovation, and delivering solutions in cybersecurity, big data, cloud, and digital transformation. Edu holds an industrial engineering degree, a Fulbright-awarded Master’s in Engineering, and management certifications from IESE, ESADE, INSEAD and UCLA.

Graduate in Economics and Business Sciences, MBA and specializations in New Technologies and Agile Methodologies. President of El Club del Emprendimiento, the largest community of entrepreneurs in Spain with more than 100,000 registered members and nearly 200,000 followers on social networks. Eider Iturbe (ORCID 0000-0002-5458-6049) is a senior researcher in the Cybersecurity team of Tecnalia Research & Innovation centre in Spain. Her expertise lies in various areas of cybersecurity research, including cybersecurity risk management, intrusion detection, incident response, cyber threat intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence within the cybersecurity domain.

Elena Garcia Diez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management. Currently serving as a Customer Security Officer – Chief Security Advisor at Microsoft since May 2024, Elena is a key member of the Global Customer Security Officer Organization.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Elena was the CISO at Indra from June 2018 to April 2024.

Elena's career also includes different roles at the National Institute of Cybersecurity, ISDEFE, Tecsidel and IDOM. She is founder member of Women4Cyber Foundation since its creation and board member on the Spanish Chapter.

Elena holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Cantabria and has various certifications in project management, technology and cybersecurity.

More than 30 years' experience in the field of cybersecurity, IT auditing and security, advising the main IBEX35 companies. Extensive experience in information security plans, risk analysis and is a benchmark in critical infrastructure protection and business continuity. He collaborates with the main regulators in the development and deployment of legislation, both nationally and internationally.

Enrique López González (León, 1960), Orcid: 0000-0003-1477-5416. PhD in Economics. Full Professor of Financial Economics and Accounting - University of León (2000). Full Member of the RACEF - Institute of Spain (2020). He appears in the 2002 edition of The International Who's Who of Professional Educators (Historical Society USA). His scientific contributions have been oriented to the design and treatment of information in environments of uncertainty and complexity for management decision-making in the search for competitive advantages.

Erkuden Rios (0000-0001-5541-1091) is project manager in the Cybersecurity team of Tecnalia Research & Innovation centre in Spain. She has coordinated and participated in multiple international R&D&I projects in different areas of research such as cloud security, Artificial Intelligence for prevention and detection of cyber threats and for security orchestration automation, cyber risk analysis, and resilience of critical infrastructures.
