Edu is the Founder and President of Women4Cyber Spain, working with local, global and European organisations like ECSO and the World Economic Forum to promote women in cybersecurity and address the talent gap in the sector. Her expertise includes strategy development for partnership ecosystems, driving innovation, and delivering solutions in cybersecurity, big data, cloud, and digital transformation. Edu holds an industrial engineering degree, a Fulbright-awarded Master’s in Engineering, and management certifications from IESE, ESADE, INSEAD and UCLA.

Elena Garcia Diez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management. Currently serving as a Customer Security Officer – Chief Security Advisor at Microsoft since May 2024, Elena is a key member of the Global Customer Security Officer Organization.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Elena was the CISO at Indra from June 2018 to April 2024.
Elena's career also includes different roles at the National Institute of Cybersecurity, ISDEFE, Tecsidel and IDOM. She is founder member of Women4Cyber Foundation since its creation and board member on the Spanish Chapter.
Elena holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Cantabria and has various certifications in project management, technology and cybersecurity.

Erkuden Rios (0000-0001-5541-1091) is project manager in the Cybersecurity team of Tecnalia Research & Innovation centre in Spain. She has coordinated and participated in multiple international R&D&I projects in different areas of research such as cloud security, Artificial Intelligence for prevention and detection of cyber threats and for security orchestration automation, cyber risk analysis, and resilience of critical infrastructures.
