Senior project manager, specialist in IT security, applications and services in mobility. Senior Engineer in Computer Science (double Bachelor degree in Computer Science, University of Wales) and Postgraduate in Business Management from the IFE. He is Director of Security for the Ministry of the Interior, CISM, CISA, ITIL Expert v.3.

His professional experience, of more than 15 years, has been linked to audit and consulting in projects and services of Security and Management of Information Technology. In this area he has led and developed projects of design and implementation of IT service management systems (ITIL), information security, project management, good corporate governance, risk management, scorecard, business continuity... In more than 30 national and international entities in the financial sector, telecommunications, retail, public administration and industry.

For the past four years, he has worked as Project Manager for the Homeland Ministry, Secretary of State for Security, linked to AlertCops, a pioneering project in the European Union of mobility security services for the Spanish Law Enforcement Agencies.
