His professional experience begins very soon in the branch of banking and finance, in which after 6 years going through different responsibilities, Henar decides to give a complete turn to his career, to guide his steps towards the world of innovation, startups and strategy consultancies. Carrying out different change management projects within the organizations in which he collaborated, is when he realizes how important is the management of people and how to guide teams towards the development of their talent.
