Lawyer graduated from the University of Santo Tomás de Bucaramanga, Santander (Colombia), Specialist in Criminal Law from the University Externado of Colombia and Master in Reconciliation and Coexistence with emphasis in Human Rights; who has served as a criminal judge of the Republic at the Municipal and Circuit levels, Magistrate of the Judicial District Court since 2004 and currently Magistrate of the Criminal Chamber of the Superior Court of Bogotá. In addition, a career of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching since 1991 in multiple universities in Colombia.
