Application to Cybersecurity Summer BootCamp 2024
The call for applications to become a student of the Cybersecurity Summer BootCamp training programme ends on 26 April 2024.
From 19 April, the applications will be assessed, and a provisional selection will be made for verification with the competent bodies in the respective applicants' countries of origin.
Please bear in mind the language availabiliy in each different track!
Application process
Cybersecurity Summer BootCamp is a free training programme for attendees. However, in order to become a student, applicants who wish to receive this training shall first submit an application and obtain validation from the relevant organisations and institutions.

Important: The registration process will be different depending on the collective for which the applicant works and the country of origin. The steps to be followed to register depending on the group you are part of, and the registration deadlines are specified below:
Applicants from the Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS)
The following countries are members of the OAS: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas (Commonwealth of), Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica (Commonwealth of), Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, United States of America, Uruguay and Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic of).
Personnel belonging to OAS Member States
Professionals in active service who belong to one of the following groups:
- State Security Forces and Agencies (available in Spanish): specialists in the State Security Forces and Agencies (FCSE). For example: personnel working in cybercrime units of police forces, computer forensic analysis laboratories, military forces units, etc.
- Early Incident Response Centres (CSIRTs or CERTs) (available in Spanish and English): cyber incident management specialists from CSIRTs in the region. For example: personnel working in national, government, law enforcement, academic CSIRTs, etc.
- Prosecutors, judges, and magistrates (available in Spanish): active personnel from judicial or tax authorities, magistrates and State's attorneys who work on cybercrime or cybersecurity cases.
- Political, regulatory, or legislative actors (available in Spanish, French and English):: personnel working in areas regarding legal and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity, policy makers, cybersecurity strategies and diplomacy.
The application process for this group is as follows:

Applicants not belonging to the Organisation of American States (OAS)
State Security Forces and Agencies dependent on the Spanish Government
Active personnel of State Security Forces and Agencies dependent on the Spanish Government who work in operational units related to cybersecurity or who plan to work in these operational areas.
The personnel of the State Security Forces and Agencies will be designated by their own Management Centre (Directorate General), according to the number of positions offered by the Coordination and Studies Office. For further information, please contact
CERTs or CSIRTs technical personnel
Language of instruction available in Spanish and English.
Active professionals who belong to one of the following groups:
- Active technical personnel of other CERTs or CSIRTs at national level that are not part of an OAS Member State.
- Active technical personnel in other CERTs or CSIRTs of a critical operator in Spain, or in another country that is not an OAS Member State.
The application process for this group is as follows:

Language of instruction available in Spanish, English and French.
Active personnel from regulatory or legislative bodies who work in areas regarding legal and regulatory aspects of cybersecurity (policy makers).
