1.5 million user data have been stolen from eSports

The managers of online gaming community ESEA (eSports Entertainment Association) have reported data leak of approximately 1.5 million user accounts. Among the stolen information were personal data such as e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses, encrypted keys and private messages. In addition, ESEA has confirmed a bribery attempt perpetrated by the attacker, this bribe would consist of the payment of $ 100000 in exchange for not publishing or selling the stolen information.
