A cyber-attack on UAB servers affects its digital activity

A cyber-attack has paralysed the internal services of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and forced all computer systems to be disconnected, leaving all students without email and other services.

The centre is working to resolve the incident and has informed users through its social media profiles, where it has recommended disconnecting all services linked to the UAB, including cloud services, to prevent the possible spread of the ransomware infection.
