Cyberattack hit technology giant TTEC

TTEC, dedicated to customer digital experience (CX) services, has confirmed a cyberattack on its IT systems, disrupting some of its activities.

Five days after its detection on 12th of September, all operations have been restored thanks to a fast response, isolating the affected equipment and taking corrective measures.

Currently, a forensic investigation remain ongoing into the possibility of a Rangnar Locker ransomware attack.
