Kaspersky denounces Microsoft for monopolistic practices
The Russian cybersecurity company Kaspersky Lab has filed a complaint with the European Union and the German antitrust office against Microsoft for conducting monopolistic practices. According to Kaspersky, the complaint is motivated by Microsoft's dominant position in the operating system market, which forcing Windows 10 users to use Windows Defender as the default anti-virus instead of other antivirus products, Kaspersky also complaints that Microsoft does not give enough time to check the compatibility of their updates with the correct operation of other tools.
