Los Llanos de Aridane Town Hall website suffers a cyberattack

The computer systems of the Town Hall of Los Llanos de Aridane suffered a ransomware-type cyber-attack on 18 September.

This attack affected the normal activity of the municipality for two days. In addition, unauthorised access to municipal IT systems with file encryption was detected and the availability of some data was compromised.

All services and systems have returned to normal and are now functioning correctly. The AEPD has also been notified of the incident.
