Ransomware incidents in companies

On November 4, several security incidents affecting Spanish companies were reported. These incidents were related to ransomware campaigns that blocked company computers. According to the information published by those affected, the security of the data of the organizations was not compromised, although it did affect the normal operations of the companies.

INCIBE-CERT, as a reference response center for cybersecurity incidents for private companies and citizens, managed the mitigation and recovery of the incident in coordination with affected organizations and the cybersecurity companies that support them.
