Check Point cybersecurity researchers detected and reported a security flaw in the application of the popular social network TikTok.

This flaw could have allowed cybercriminals to take control of the user account control, affecting either the main settings or the publication and elimination of content from the account.

After the notification from the Check Point cybersecurity researchers, TikToK published an update that solved the security flaw.
