Stolen 6.42 million customer data from SHEIN

SHEIN has reported that on August 22 part of their clients' information had been stolen through a sophisticated cyberattack. As soon as the theft of information was discovered, the online fashion store hired the services of one of the leading international forensic firms, as well as an international law firm, to clarify what happened.

The total number of affected is approximately 6.42 million customers, and among the stolen information are email addresses and encrypted passwords of registered customers on their website. At the moment, no evidence has been found that among the stolen data is also information of credit cards.
