Call for papers opened now to be part of JNIC 2022
Until April 15, works related to research, training and educational innovation in cybersecurity may be presented
The Call for papers of the seventh edition of the Spanish Cybersecurity Research Conference (JNIC) has been opened until April 15 to present work related to research, training and educational innovation in cybersecurity.
JNIC2022 scientific congress, which will take place from June 27 to 29 in Bilbao, is organized by Tecnalia, in collaboration with INCIBE, an organisation dependent on the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence.
The institute will support the event as a fundamental actor in the field of cybersecurity, which bases its activity on research, offering cybersecurity services and coordination with the rest of the competent agents in this area. For this reason, through this conference, it will focus its participation through the promotion of R&D to generate knowledge and develop technology that meets cyber threats needs and challenges.
These conference are a great opportunity for universities, technology and research centers, companies and public administrations, in order to exchange knowledge and experiences with the common objective of promoting research in the field of cybersecurity, at the national level.
As a recognition of research excellence, prizes are included for the most important contributions of the conference to the best research article, best training and educational innovation article and best work in progress.
Also, one more year, the Network of National Excellence in Cybersecurity Research (RENIC) announces the third edition of the Prizes for the best Doctoral Thesis and the best Final Master's Project, which may be chosen by university students from the national territory who have developed their works to be evaluated in the framework of Doctorates and Postgraduates and in ICT degrees during the year 2021, and whose theme is related to cybersecurity.
