Army Lieutenant Colonel posted as Head of the Information Security Division of the Spanish Ministry of Defence, he previously served in the Civil Guard as Head of the Network and Perimeter Security Area. He has national and international experience as an Information Security Officer, having participated in various international conflicts.

Gianluca D’Antonio earned a Diploma in Business Administration Management from EOI (Spain's School for Industrial Organization). He also earned a Diploma in Executive Development Program from the IESE Business School, University of Navarra and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

He is Founder Member and Chair of the Spanish Association for the Advancement of Information Security (ISMS Forum), a not for profit organization, founded in January 2007 to foster the improvement of Information Security in Spain ISMS Forum represents more than 300 organizations and 1.500 professionals of cybersecurity.

Currently he is Partner for Cybersecurity in Deloitte Spain leading the practice for Competence Capability Building at Deloitte CyberAcademy and Cyber crisis Management Before joining his actual position he worked as Global CIO at FCC Group (a global leader in environmental services, water management and infrastructure es where he started in 2006 as Chief Information Security Officer From 2001 to 2005 he was Data Protection Officer at DIA Group.

He holds several certifications in IT Security Risk Management as Information Systems Audit, Information Security Management, Information Security Audit, IT Governance, Data Privacy, Cloud Computing Security and Business Continuity He is certified Lead Auditor ISO 27001 by IRCA.

Gianluca is Member of the Independet Advisory Board for Spanish National Cybersecurity Strategy review Gianluca was Member of the Permanent Stakeholders’ Group at European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) during two mandates 2010 2015.

More than 25 years of engineering work experience in the world of Defence and Security at Indra, provide a solid technical background resulting from the evolution from the software development to the product management entire life-cycle. Nowadays he juggles this with Technical Review leadership, assessing the development regarding design progress and technical maturity.

Patricia Moreno is a Computer Science Engineer graduated in the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (2004). She started her professional career in GMV as project engineer and involved in the development of IT systems related to classified information, being nowadays, responsible of the technical section. One of the most relevant customers in her area is the European Defence Agency.

Rosa Díaz has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector both in the private sector and in the  public sector. She has a degree in Exact Sciences at the Autonomous University of Madrid and has in her training, among others, a General Management program from IESE. She was Director of INCIBE until June 2022 and she has developed management positions at Sage, Santander Elavon and Panda Security.  She is also founder and Vice President of the association Woman4Cyber Spain.
