Jorge Capmany
Jorge is the tech lead of a detection and response team in a central Europe organization, where he helps the organization predict, detect and respond to threats. Jorge has had several roles related to DFIR, threat Intel and intrusion detection.
In his free time, Jorge likes to get involved with the DFIR/Malware reversing communities, at different levels, be it organizing events, teaching or contributing to other conferences/communities (DFRWS, ROOTEDCON, Malcon, etc.).
Jorge is a co-founder in MLW.RE, a non profit with the goal of promoting Spanish talent in the DFIR/Malware Reversing scene, by means of analysing emerging threats, raising awareness and collaborating with other organizations and LEA to disrupt their actions.
