Sandra Sinde is a USC Economics graduate, specialising in International Economics. She holds a Master’s in International Internet Law, a postgraduate degree in cooperative and SME management, and has completed a course in innovation leadership at MIT. She is a SCRUM Master. I started my career more than 23 years ago, working as an independent technical consultant for a Spanish regional government and other dependent agencies within the field of design, management and evaluation of innovative technology projects. From within the private sector, during the last 17 years I have travelled more than three times the distance from earth to the moon in support of more than 10 countries in the field of open innovation, entrepreneurship, promotion of Govtech ecosystems, in addition to different international organisations: CE, IDB, BM, CAF and UNDP. I have been a pioneer in the PPI field in Latin America and have accompanied the Galician Health Service in its PPI initiatives for the last 10 years, with international recognition. I have been committed to both dissemination and training in the field of open innovation and digital transformation, impacting more than 6000 people across almost 100 events, forums and workshops to raise awareness and provide training at an international level. I have been involved in multiple publications on blogs and social media, and in specialist magazines and manuals on innovation and public procurement. I am an IDB consultant in the field of innovation policy. In 2018, I was included in the Referentes Gallegas initiative, which includes outstanding Galician women at international level, and in 2022 I was also recognised as an Inspiring Woman by WCC. I received my M.Sc. degree in Mathematics at University of Salamanca, and my Ph.D. degree in Computational Engineering from University of León where, currently, I work as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics. Also, I am the deputy Director of the RIASC. My research focuses on data analysis and mathematical methods, and their applications in cybersecurity.
Elena has more than 20 years’ experience in the field of IT auditing and information security, advising on information security to major IBEX35 companies. Elena has extensive experience in information security plans and risk analysis, in addition to being a pacesetter in critical infrastructure and business continuity.
She has collaborated with the CNPIC on the development of Minimum Elements and Good Practice Guides for the creation of Operator Security Plans (PSO) and Specific Protection Plans (PPE), in addition to the Strategic Plans for both the Financial and Energy Sectors.

Miguel Angel Cañada is Head of Institutional Relations and Strategy at the Spanish National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE), and Member of the Board of Directors and Vice Chair representing National Public Administrations of the European Cyber Security Organization (ECSO).
Expert in public affairs and communications, Miguel has more than 15 years’ experience both in the public and private sector in LatAm and the EU. Prior to INCIBE, he was Cybersecurity Program Officer at the Inter-American Committee against Terrorism of the Organization of American States (OAS). Also, he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and in the private technology and telecom sector.
Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, and bachelor’s degree in Journalism, both of them from the University of Navarra (Spain); an Executive Certificate Program in Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University (US) and a Postgraduate Program in Public Affairs Management from ICADE-Comillas University (Spain). His academic experience includes visiting professor in Political and Strategic Communications in EAE Business School (Spain)

She holds a Master's Degree in Business Management from ICADE, and a Diploma in Defence Studies from CESEDEN, and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the Defence, Security, Aeronautics and Space industrial sectors and in international institutions and organizations such as NATO, the European Defence Agency or the European Association of Aerospace and Defence Companies, ASD, among others.
