Julio Casal Martín
Mr. Casal has founded and co-founded several successful startups with a total aggregated exit value of more than 1 Billion dollars. After working as Chief Security Officer of some of the first ISP in Spain: Medusa/ICL and Servicom/Retevision, he founded IP6 Seguridad in 1997, the first specialized cybersecurity company in Spain. In 2001 he was co-founder of IP Soluciones a security and software development company that was sold to Oesia 5 years later with more than 300 employees.
In Mr. Casal co-founded AlienVault in 2007, relocated the headquartes in 2010 and was CEO until January 2012. AlienVault raised $110M from 12 Silicon Valley venture capitals including Kleiner Perkins, Intel Capital and Trident Capital and was sold in 2018 to AT&T as the core cloud security platform for enterprises.
Mr. Casal co-founded in 2014 Constella were he serves as CTO, 4iQ is a pioneer Cyber Intelligence vendor working with top financial institutions and intelligence government units in the western world.
He is an advisor and Limited Partner of several Venture Capital firms such as Forgepoint, Adara and Ballistic. He is a regular seed investor in Spanish and Hispanic entrepreneurs who want to become international and sell in the US.
Joseph Williams
Dr. Joseph Williams is the partner in charge of the global cybersecurity practice at Infosys Consulting. Previously he was the Director of the Seattle Research Center for the National Security Directorate of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Joseph is a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute. In his recent past, Dr. Williams was the State of Washington’s economic development director for its tech industry and a policy advisor to Washington Governor Jay Inslee.
Jose Miguel Rosell Tejada
Jose Miguel Rosell is a founding partner and executive director of S2 Grupo, a company specialized in cybersecurity and cyberintelligence, which began as a start up almost 20 years ago, and has become today a large company, with more than 500 employees and a turnover of +25M€. He is co-responsible for the growth of the company, leader in the Spanish market, and its internationalization in Europe and Latin America, making it one of the benchmarks in the sector at a global level, working in more than 15 countries.
Víctor Calvo Sotelo
Civil Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, MBA at INSEAD and visiting professor at the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He started his professional career in the world of engineering at Bechtel and later at GETINSA and DETEA, and in the telecommunications sector he was Director of Project Management at Airtel (later Vodafone) and Director of Institutional Relations at AUNA.
He has been National Secretary of New Technologies of the Partido Popular and was elected National Deputy for Zamora in November 2011. In the Public Administration he has been Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works, President of Correos y Telégrafos and Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society. He is currently General Director of DigitalES, the Spanish Association for Digitalisation.
Sara García
BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of León, Master's Management of Information Systems and Technologies from the UOC, Business Expert in Business Administration and Management through ThePowerMBA programme and PROGRESA II Edition from ESADE Business School and CEOE, Executive Programme for Emerging Leaders.
She also holds several certifications in the fields of cybersecurity and project management [including PMP (PMI), CISA and CISM (ISACA), CISSP (ISC2)].
With 20 years of experience in the ICT sector, she is currently Head of the Cybersecurity Talent Area at INCIBE, leading projects and actions that contribute to counteracting the gap between the supply and demand of talent in cybersecurity and to adopting measures that stimulate the creation, identification, recruitment, retention and management of talent, as well as activities for the specialisation of professionals and the empowerment of women in cybersecurity.
She also collaborates with various programmes to raise awareness about cybersecurity and increase the number of women in STEM disciplines, such as: STEM Talent Girl (she is a mentor and coordinator at its headquarters in León), Girls4STEM, Women4Cyber, Inspiring Girl and the INCIBE Cyber-cooperators programme.

Responsible at the CCN-CERT for the management of cybersecurity services, the production of the training plan and STIC courses for security specialists, the creation and drafting of CCN-STIC regulations (policies, procedures, guides, good practices and security abstracts), the supervision of the adaptation and implementation of security at organisations and the performance of ICT security audits and inspections. He has more than 20 years of experience in all these activities.
