Instructor in Cyber Threat Intelligence Master in K-School and in the Cyber Security Master of the University of Castilla La-Mancha.

In 2004 he joined the National Police and since then he has been in different operational units of public safety and investigation in central and territorial services, currently holding the position of head of the Area of Security and Air Protection of the Air Unit of the National Police. He has a degree in Law (Univ. Isabel I), a diploma in Management and Public Administration (Univ. Carlos III) and Police Sciences (Univ. Salamanca), and a University Expert in Criminology (UNED). Drone pilot instructor and in Aviation Security (AVSEC) and Aviation Safety (AVSAF) by the State Aviation Safety Agency.

Mr. Anish Bachu is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Security Specialist attached to the Trinidad and Tobago Cyber Security Incident Response Team (TT-CSIRT) under the Ministry of National Security for almost 5 years. He is the team lead for CSIRT operations and his duties range from incident response, vulnerability and cyber threat monitoring at a national level and cyber security assessments of government systems and infrastructure. o Anish has served as the technical security lead for numerous projects across the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago including the national cyber risk assessment 2021/2022 project and the development of an information sharing and analysis center (ISAC) for bank and nonbank financial institutions in Trinidad and Tobago.

15 years of experience within the cybersecurity field mainly in the disciplines of reverse engineering, malware analysis and development of offensive tools. OSCP, OSCE, OSWP, SANS GREM, SANS GXPN, SANS GCFA, Cisco CCSP certified.

Carlos Leonardo has dedicated the last 10 years to improving the state of the cyber ecosystem in the Dominican Republic. He leads the National CSIRT, establishing the procedural and operational foundations for the development and improvement of the Dominican Republic's cybersecurity posture. Carlos has supported many other governments and regional organizations around the world in establishing national incident response capabilities and creating channels for regional cooperation and best practice sharing. Carlos' involvement in the incident response community over the years has included presentations at various forums and participation in committees and working groups of international organizations such as FIRST, OAS CICTE, GFCE, Interpol and EUCybernet. 

CEO of Magneto INTelligence. Researcher and intelligence analyst in international security and cybersecurity, developing a solid professional career in the field of law enforcement, specializing in criminal analysis and cyberinvestigation. His experience is focused on cyberinvestigation of the use of cyberspace by cybercrime and jihadist groups. He is the creator of the tool "Magneto", designed for intelligence analysts and oriented to the analysis of information. Lecturer in several universities and master programs and courses related to Cyberintelligence, Cybersecurity and Investigation using OSINT techniques, being a regular speaker at events and congresses on Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence, author of multiple articles on cybersecurity and cyberterrorism and co-author of the book Open Source INTelligence (OSINT): Investigating people and Identities on the Internet.

Biography Founder of DLTCode, head of R&D at PETEC, Instructor in several cyber and forensic master programs and author of talks and presentations in different public forums such as UbuCon Europe, Barcelona Blockchain Week, European Legal Tech Congress, ISACA HLCA, FEINDEF, among others. Dedicated on a day to day basis to Incident response, DFIR, Cybersecurity missions both in its technical and organizational dimension, Blockchain and Innovation with focus on the creation of new tools, processes and solutions.

He is a Systems Engineer from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC) with a Master's Degree in Electronic Commerce from APEC University and a Master's Degree in Cybercrime Investigation and Digital Forensics from the University of Dublin, Ireland. He teaches in the Master's Degree in Cybersecurity at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC).

Member of the National Police of the Dominican Republic since 1988, currently with the rank of General, occupying positions such as Commander of the Department of Investigation of Crimes and High Technology Crimes (DICAT), Director of Planning and Development and Inspector General among many others.

Engineer with an outstanding track record in audits, processes and teaching in government entities and the private business sector. I have excelled in the design and implementation of methodologies for Security Incident Response Centers (CSIRT) and Security Operations Centers (SOC), with a strong emphasis on training/teaching technical teams for the detection and recovery of security incidents.

In my current position as Head of Automation and Processes in BeDisruptive's MSSP security operation, I optimize global operations by orchestrating different technologies and processes, focusing my work on ensuring efficiency and security through automation. This work reflects my passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of cybersecurity combined with teaching at SEK Chile University, teaching cybersecurity classes addressing practical topics such as security incident management.

Professional dedicated to Offensive Security with 15 years of experience, I currently work as Red Team Manager. Throughout my career, I have accumulated experience in analysis and exploitation of vulnerabilities in different attack surfaces, network teaming exercises, adversary simulation and support in the response to security incidents from the offensive perspective.
