Raquel Jorge is an expert in international politics and technology and currently works at the think tank Real Instituto Elcano. She was a Fulbright Fellow in Washington DC, and at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University. She is part of the European Leadership Network, has worked as an independent expert for the European Commission, and co-chaired the European Cyber Agora 2022 Working Group on European foreign policy and cybersecurity.
